Royal Bank of Scotland’s business banking division was in need of a website refresh, so I worked with them on a content audit to see what was really needed, what worked well and what they could let go. We looked at consistency across style and tone of voice and made everything neater, tighter and absolutely accurate.

I brought together various style guides that covered different bits and pieces, putting them into one definitive guide and settled on the tone of voice and styling conventions they’d use in future. I also delivered several email campaigns and worked on a refresh of pop-up messaging for logged in clients.
