Working across Barclays Stockbrokers, Barclays International Banking and Smart Investor, my projects with the group included a new mobile banking launch, copy for wealth monitoring apps and a series of articles.

I researched, wrote and tracked the effectiveness of more than 100 articles on financial and lifestyle subjects, often updating them throughout the review process, to keep up with changes in legislation.

I also helped develop the new proposition for Barclays International Banking and worked with customer feedback to inform the new direction. I worked as part of the creative team on a brand new mobile proposition as well as leading copy through reviews with legal, compliance and other key stakeholders.
